Returns are accepted within a strict return window of exactly 30 days from the date of confirmed courier delivery. Items must remain completely unused, with the original outer safety seal and inner induction-welded container liner intact, clean product labeling, and pristine product packaging.

Under Regulation 28(3)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, any dietary supplement, botanical compound, or vitamin unit whose protective neck wrap or inner tamper-evident foil has been unsealed, punctured, or removed cannot be returned or refunded due to biosecurity and public health protections.

Who pays return shipping

Exchanges
